• Living Spaces: A spacious, fully equipped "home-away-from-home" kitchen and dining area opens directly onto a large private terrace. The living room features Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for your moments of relaxation.
• Bathroom & Amenities: A large bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower, equipped with a washing machine. The toilet is located in a separate room.
• Outdoor Areas: Enjoy two furnished, secluded terraces—perfect for al fresco dining or a quiet moment with a book.
• Sleeping Arrangements: The cottage includes one ground-floor bedroom and a second upstairs bedroom, accessed via a cozy mezzanine. For your comfort, we provide high-end bedding, and beds are prepared according to your preferences prior to arrival.
• The Mezzanine Area :The mezzanine is a versatile space designed for your convenience. It features a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests, which can be partitioned off with privacy curtains. The area also includes a dedicated workspace/desk, perfect for remote work, and a large capacity wardrobe providing ample storage for your belongings.
• Security: Private and secure parking is available on-site.

Practical Information

To ensure the fairest management of your stay, the following additional costs apply:

• Cleaning and preparation fees, including towels.
• Electricity consumption (billed based on actual usage via an individual meter, benefiting from advantageous Off-Peak/Peak rates).

• A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
• Bed sheets, duvets and pillows as well as tea towels included.
• Bath towels rental: 5 EUR. per stay and per person. Bath Towel Set includes = 1 Bath Towel, 1 Hand Towel.
• Electricity charges: A provision for charges must be paid in cash. The final amount is calculated based on meter readings taken upon arrival and departure (the applicable peak and off-peak rates are displayed).

Transport

How to get in the Loir et Cher, by plane, by car, by train... You will find information by following the internet links indicated in the «Neighbourhood» section.

When you are in the Loir et Cher, take exit 18 of the A10 motorway, then take the road D31 until Autrèche, then the D55 until Dame-Marie-Les-Bois, and finally follow the road D43 towards Mesland, The «7 lime trees» are located on the road D65, Named Route de Touraine, you will find a large white gate at 5 of this road.
