- All guests are required to follow standard requirements, which include confirmation of phone number, email address, and agreement to our house rules.
- Id is required from each Holiday home guest.
- All guests of foreign nationality are required to complete an individual police record form/person; Children under the age of 15 can appear on the form of an accompanying adult.
- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PARTIES, FUNCTIONS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE. If this clause is breached, the owner reserves the right to evict all tenants immediately and payment will be forfeited.
- MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS :
- Holiday home, "Les 7 tilleuls" : The maximum number of guests must not exceed 7 people.
- B&B : -Safrane room: 2 guests, double bed, size 180 cm. -Celeste room: 2 guests, double bed, size 160cm
- BOOKING APPLICATION, DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:
- Holiday home, “Les 7 tilleuls”: A deposit of 30% of the accommodation cost must be paid for locking dates of stay. To confirm booking, 20% of the total cost is required 14 days prior to the commencement of the holiday, The balance is payable on arrival, as well as the security deposit.
- B&B : A deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost must be paid for locking dates of stay. Payment of balance is required when checking in.
If the above listed conditions have not been met by the due date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice and any deposit paid is non-refundable
- CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival for B&B / 14 days before arrival for the holiday home.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 7 days notice (B&B) / less than 14 days notice (holiday home). Cancellations and amendments are required in writing, preferably via email, the date of cancellation is when we receive the notice.
- PREPARATION FEE for the Holiday home “Les 7 tilleuls": 105€/stay will be listed separately in the price breakdown.
- CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
- Holiday home, “Les 7 tilleuls"”: Check-in between 17:30 and 21:00 Check-out before 11:00
- B&B : Check-in between 16:00 and 21:00 Check-out before 11:00 Unless agreed otherwise.
- NO SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside and close by the house (terraces and courtyard).
- NOISE Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of terms and conditions and may result in termination of your booking.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT (only for the Holiday home “Les 7 tilleuls”): A 200 € security deposit is payable in cash upon arrival, and returned in cash on the day of departure, after if all is well.
- THE GUEST RESPONSIBILITY Guests are expected to look after and take all reasonable care of the property and all the furnishings and equipment included in the property. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday. Any faults, damages or breakages must be reported to the owner. GUESTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE PROPERTY DURING THE GUEST’S HOLIDAY OCCUPATION AND ALL COSTS OF REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE PAYABLE UPON DEMAND TO THE OWNER.
- INSURANCE Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel and holiday cancellation insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
- PETS: Pets are not allowed
- TERMINATION OF BOOKING Should you be evicted from the property for breaching the booking conditions or rowdy behaviour, there will be no refund of fees paid and any unpaid fees will still be due.
- DECLARATION & AGREEMENT In completing the booking application, either online or physically, I hereby acknowledge that I am the guest named in the booking application and that I am over the age of 18 years of age and that I have read and understand these booking conditions prior to making payment of the deposit and that all information provided herein is true and correct.
I FURTHER AGREE THAT THE STATED CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO MY BOOKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BOOKING CONDITIONS AND I AGREE TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES DUE AND PAYABLE ON THIS BOOKING AND ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR OR EXCESS CLEANING AS REQUIRED WILL BE CHARGED TO ME. IF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT, I AGREE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS.
In paying the deposit, either in cash, I acknowledge I have read and accepted the above booking conditions.
